The Employ Ability (E-A) Program is a program for people with disabilities that focuses on Career Development and Wellness for Work. Last year, the Neil Squire Society began to offer a “virtual” version of the program where people with disabilities across Canada participate through online learning. This allows us to reach any Canadian with a disability regardless of location. With participants in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Nova Scotia, our first graduates from the Virtual Employ-Ability program will be celebrating Global Accessibility Awareness Day from coast-to-coast on May 9.
